I forgot to say that the only penguins mentionned in Blair & Robertson are
those described by Pigafetta in what will be known as Magellan's Straits.
For lack of a proper term, he called them "_occati_ = geese [cf. òca =
goose]". (Blair & Robertson, vol. 33, pp. 50/51).
