Fw: Fw: Virus - PLEASE READ!!!

This is one of 2 emails I received telling me that the virus warning is a
hoax!

I do not know whom to believe - sorry if my falling into the hoax has caused
you harm!  I do not know how to retrieve the program that I had deleted in
accordance with the warning!
