Request: swadesh list for Philippine languages

Hello AN-LANG'ers,

I'm trying to find a template (in English) for a 100-word Swadesh list, but I'm
turning up nothing.  I found a list of basic words for English, but I need one
that's more centered on the Philippines.

Would any of you know of one?
