It is COOL6. COOL4 was in Niue, 5 in Canberra.

Aloha Ken,
I found some mention of a COOL 6 supposedly to be held this year in Niue.
If this was not done, then it is COOL 6 that will be held next year in
Hilo.  I will be changing our documentation to reflect this.  Mahalo nui!
