[An-lang] Etymology of BALARILA (Christopher Sundita)

José Panganiban  in his Diksyunario Tesauro Pilipino-Ingles  (1973) gives 
the origin of balarila as follows:

bala + ng díla'  or bala nang díla' basically meaning "everyone's language"
