Figures for Balinese bilingualism?

Hi all,
 
I was wondering if anyone has the latest percentage figures (and
references) for native Balinese speakers who are at least bilingual.
Balinese and Indonesian, of course, but I would also be grateful if
there are figures for Balinese with other languages. Thanks.
