 COOL abstract deadline Feb 15

Hello friends,

Several people have asked for a further extension of the COOL10 deadline.
Therefore we have moved it to FEB 15.

Thank you for your interest and for getting abstracts in ASAP so we can
notify people of acceptances and work on the program.
