Hi,

A friend was recently able to access the copy of A.J. Little's
doctoral thesis housed in the library at Leiden Univeristy. However
this copy was (is) missing pages 13 to 47, and apparently also pages
372 to the end (about ten pages). Could anyone who has access to
another copy supply us with the missing pages? It seems to be rare as
a library holding.

A second question: A. J. Little did his course work at Cornell
University from 1965 to 1968, and was already around 50 years old
when he submitted his thesis a decade later. Does anyone know about
his post-doctoral career and if he is still with us? He would be
around 90 years old today.
