본 학과에서는 컴퓨터 보안 관련 이론 및 기술을 교육하며 해킹 및 바이러스
동향, 정보보안 시스템 구축 사례 등을 분석하는 과정과 컴퓨터 네트워크 관련 기술의
습득, 보안 관련 소프트웨어의 기술습득, 컴퓨터 시스템 해킹 방지능력의 배양, 컴퓨터
관련 자격증 취득 등을 교육함으로써 국방, 공공, 은행 및 전자상거래 등 최고 수준의
보안성이 요구되는 분야에서 보안을 책임질 수 있는 전문인력 양성을 목표로 합니다.
