in Austronesian languages and linguistics in the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns
= "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">UK</st1:place></st1:country-region>, UKARG has
been launched with the intention of bringing together scholars working in this
field, to hold regular seminars and workshops, and generally promote research
into Austronesian languages and linguistics.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

participate, and that visitors to the UK who work in Austronesian linguistics
will participate in the group during their time
