I'm looking at Blust's 1999 PAn consonant inventory (cited in Adelaar's 1st ch. to <i>The Austro. Lgs. of Asia and Mad.</i>), and I'm coming up short figuring out some of the phoneme values (all in the dental column, all capital letters):<br>
