As a Sudanist I would recommend <jatlaga/ part. majatlag or mitjatlig>, in
literary Arabic - with due respect to the Language Academies -  perhaps
<jatlaqa, mutajatliq>? Sounds fairly expressive, doesn't it? Stefan
