Subject: Yemen Arabic Study query

I'm trying to find the best program in Yemen for Modern Standard Arabic.
I have two years of study completed and wanted to be sure that I pick
the program best suited for my current knowledge of the language etc.
  There are several in Sanaa, CALES and YLI being just a couple.
Any recommendations, comments etc would be helpful.
