Subject: Transliteration of Arabic in Quark

Dear list members,
I have a query about the transliteration of Arabic (use of long vowels,
etc) within the DTP package Quark. Does anyone have experience of (a)
setting these up in Quark and (b) (better still) know of a way of not
losing this formatting when importing text from Word into Quark. I am
trying to assist a copy editor in this process, so any help will be most
gratefully received.

Thank you,
