Yes. I think you can use the name "al-barnaamaj al-adnaa" to mean the
Minimalist Program. This is what I have been using myself.

Dear Hossam,
The term "adnawiyya" from "adna = lower, minimal" has begun to
circulate in
Arabic written media. I believe it perfectly parallels the meaning of
Minimalism, except for frequency. A Minimalist would thus be "adnawi".
(However, adnawist/adnawest would rhyme better in some ears ;)
