Subject:Does Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) Solve Arabic problems?

I've just heard through the grape vine that the lastest release of Mac
OS X (10.3, aka Panther) finally provides fully correct rendering of
Arabic text (Unicode etc) under applications such as Safari (for web
browsing), Nisus Express, etc. In other words, the rendering problems
we had so far (most notably, that isolated letters would be displayed
smaller) would have gone.

Can anyone confirm?

Thank you,
Albrecht Hofheinz
