Subject:Needs Arabic reference grammar for linguists

Hi,

The company I work for does computational linguistics, and we're just
starting to work with Arabic. Many of us would find it useful to have
a reference grammar or two lying around that doesn't presuppose
knowledge of the language -- the more concise, the better. Could the
list recommend anything they particularly like or dislike?

Thanks very much,

Nori Heikkinen
