Subject:Al-Ighraab

To me this word looks like a masdar of form Af'ala, but one should  
know the
sentence and the context where it is used. Out of any context, I would
understand al-ighraab as the intention or action of astonishing, in this
sense I have heard it used by an Iraki professor of Arabic.
