Subject:Arabic dialects wiht /m-/ prefix for present continuous

'm curious if there are any dialects other than dialects of Arabic in
Central
Asia that use the prefix /m-/ in a similar way to Levantine and
Egyption /b-/
with verbs in order to express present continuous time?

Thanks,
