Irbid National University was established in 1994. It is a fully accredited institution, a member of the Association of Arab Universities (AARU), the Federation of Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), the International Association of Universities (IAU), the Association of European and Arab Universities (AEAU), and the Association of Arab Private Institutions for Higher Education.

Faculties of the University

     There are six faculties in the university:
 - Faculty of Arts
    (Departments of Arabic, English, Translation, and Graphic Design) 
 - Faculty of Science and Information Technology 
 (Departments of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Computer Information
         Systems) 
 - Faculty of Law (Department of Law)
 - Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences
    (Departments of Accounting, Business Administration, Finance and
    Banking, Marketing, and Hotel and Tourism Management)
 - Faculty of Educational Sciences (Departments of Class Teacher, Special
   Education, and Educational and Psychological Counseling)
     - Faculty of Nursing (Department of Nursing)  

Conditions of Participation
 
-	Participants are requested to send a one-page abstract of their papers together with short biographical notes and their e-mails and phone numbers no later than January 15, 2011 
-	Each participant will be notified in due time of the admission of his / her paper to the conference
-	Papers should be submitted no later than March 15, 2011 
-	Each paper should not exceed 20 pages printed on an A4 size and in 14 font in Times New Roman
-	Papers should not have been presented at another conference 
-	Presentation Time Limit is 15 minutes per paper
-	Local transportation and accommodation will be provided by Irbid National  University
-	No registration fees 
-	All papers will be published as Conference Proceedings
-	All correspondence by e-mail only
