Hi ,

I recommend you the Rachid El-Daïf books, they are fun and very modern. Cheers

I read with a lot of pleasure works by Hossam Fakhr, who by the way is an Egyptian author living in New-York where he works as a translator. I particularly appreciates Hekayat Amina, but also Wujuuh New York. A very entertaining novel is Al-Mansy Qandil's last book: Yawm gha'im fi-l-barra al-gharbi.

Bonne lecture
Madiha
