Greetings.

Ref this cited dictionary published in 1997 by the now-NAUSS.

Some additional Arabic-only or bilingual [English-Arabic[] materials
exist about intelligence & security subjects.

Finding and getting them may be a touch difficult, but do-able, under
certain circumstances.

Arabic translations in Saudi Arabia of relevant US Army Field Manuals
(FM)[which are themselves obsolete and replaced in the US Army]:

FM 34-1 Combat Intelligence - Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG),
Riyadh - Arabic & English editions, issued as SANG manuals

FM 34-130 Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) - SANG,
Riyadh - ditto
