		Summer Teacher Training Program
"Arabic 4 All"

Startalk
2012 Program focus:

-
Teach a mixed
class of Heritage & Non-Heritage Learners,

-
Design and write
a course syllabus,

-
Include
multi-activities in a class plan,

-
Use modern
technology and media effectively in class presentations,

Create teaching
activities that integrate culture, tradition, content and technology.

Qualifications:

-
Should attend online for 2-3 hours/day between May 14th and
May 29th.

And attend the onsite training
June 23rd to 29th (from 9am-5pm) at our
Pasadena/California location.

-
Native or near native proficiency in
Arabic.

-
3 years of teaching experience at the
K-16 level.

-
Commitment to professional growth.

-
Computer literate.

-
Working proficiency in English.
