Subject:Needs MSA Proficiency test

Dear list members,

At our department, we are considering conducting a psycholinguistic experiment
with bilingual German/Arabic speakers (both German L2 learners of Arabic and
Arabic L2 learners of German). In order to do this, we need to assess the
proficiency of all speakers in their foreign language. Since we're in Germany,
getting our hands on a German L2 proficiency test is easy, but for Arabic it's
more difficult. Therefore I'm asking here.

Does anyone have available or know of an L2 proficiency test for Modern Standard
Arabic that we could use? Something that uses the CEFR[1] would be great, but
that is not a prerequisite.

Thanks for any and all help that you can provide us.

Sincerely,

Joost Kremers

PS: I have another question regarding our planned experiment, but that is a
completely different topic, so I'm asking that in a separate mail.
