<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium; white-space: normal; ">Hello,<br><br>Assume that we are handling Latin file (Left-to-Right oriented) that<br>includes a litteral with Arabic script like below:<br>       'ccm'                     Out<'سنتيمتراً',<br>                              L_1<br>                                           'مكعباً',<br>                                    L_2<br>                                           'سنتيمترات',<br>                                  L_3<br>                                           'مكعبة'>.<br>                                  L_4<br><br><br>If we have one line, the display in  Notepad (Windows)  is the following:<br><br>       'ccm'                  Out<'سنتيمتراً' ,'مكعباً' ,'سنتيمترات' ,'مكعبة'>.<br>                                        L_4     L_3     L_2      L_1<br><br>But I would like to have the following display :<br><br>       'ccm'                  Out<'مكعبة' ,'سنتيمترات' ,'مكعباً' ,'سنتيمتراً'>.<br>                                          L_1    L_2    L_3       L_4<br><br><br>Do you know a good Text Editor for plain text ?<br><br>A Text Editor with the following  features :<br>       - that handles cleanly deal file with mixed script: Latin file<br>that include Arabic script.<br>       - that has advanced functionality (regular expression, column<br>mode, ...) such as UltraEdit  or similar.<br><br><br><br>Thanks,<br><br>Alexis Neme<br></span>
