<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium; white-space: normal; ">Dear colleagues, <br><br>I would appreciate it if you could forward this to your beginning and intermediate Arabic students. <br><br>Thank you, <br>Brahim Chakrani <br>Department of Linguistics and Languages <br>Michigan State University <br>___________________ <br><br>Michigan State University now offers a new summer Arabic program. <br>You can participate in either one or both of these programs. <br><br>** Intensive Intermediate (201/202) Arabic ** <br>- Dates: May 17 - July 2, 2010 (7 weeks) <br>- 8 credit hours <br>- Location: Michigan State University (East Lansing, Michigan) <br>- Pre-requisite: Beginning Arabic students who have completed one <br>academic year of Arabic studies or the equivalent<br><br>** MSU Arabic Study Abroad Morocco 2010 ** <br>- Three-week immersion into the Arabic language and Moroccan Culture <br>- This is a unique opportunity to live in the capital city of Rabat, <br>while learning Moroccan Arabic, practicing Standard Arabic, <br>and learning about Moroccan culture. <br>- On the weekends, educational excursions to the imperial cities of <br>Marrakech, Fez, and Meknes. <br>- Dates: July 3 - 24, 2010 <br>- 4 credit hours <br>- Pre-requisites: <br>- Intermediate Arabic students who have completed at least two <br>academic years of Arabic studies or the equivalent <br>- Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.75 / 4.0 <br>- Open to non-MSU students who meet the program criteria <br><br>Check us out! <a target="_blank" href="https://sites.google.com/site/msustudyabroadmorocco/">https://sites.google.com/site/msustudyabroadmorocco/</a> <br><br>Questions?
