Arabic language and modern linguistics.<br>5.The reasons behind learning Arabic among non Arabs.<br><br>Fourth: International experience of language maintenance <br>This access aspires to provide academic papers and studies related to the <br>experience of other nations in the field of linguistic security in their <br>attempts to preserve their own identity. <br><br>Conference Languages <br><br>All research papers are to be submitted in standard Arabic except for the <br>fourth theme where other languages could also be used. <br><br>Participation Guidelines<br>1. The research has to be relevant to the access and themes of the <br>conference.<br>2. The research has to fulfill the international academic research standards <br>with regard to objectivity, documentation and accuracy.<br>3. The research has to be original and has not been presented before.<br>4 The research has to be unpublished or submitted for publication.<br>5. Deadline for receiving participation forms, abstracts and CVs is 30\62010. <br>Researchers whose papers are accepted shall be notified in due time.<br>6. The deadline for the complete research paper is 30\9\2010.<br>Participation forms, abstracts, CVs and the full research papers are to be <br>sent via e-mail.<br>7. All research papers shall be refereed.<br>8. The organizing committee plans to publish the conference papers.<br>9.
