Subject:Needs Arabic language learning software

Dear all:

I am a graduate student doing research away from campus and want to begin studying basic, elementary Arabic. Reading classical texts is my main goal (speaking and listening are secondary goals, at this point), so just beginning with the alphabet, learning the basic grammar, etc. Is there a software program that people recommend for introduction to Arabic? I would be truly grateful for any suggestions.

Respectfully,
Matthew Erie
