Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Arabic Language or Literature, or a related field. Duties include teaching and supervising Arabic language classes, selected Middle East Studies classes, materials and program development, assessment, and participation in the department's Study Abroad Program in the Middle East. The candidate must have a proven commitment to undergraduate language instruction.
