These scholarships are available to students intending to enroll at the Monterey Institute in fall 2011. To be eligible for fellowships, candidates must be admitted to a degree program in international policy, public administration, nonproliferation and terrorism studies, international environmental policy, international business or teaching foreign language for fall 2011. A limited number of top students will receive full scholarships including tuition, room, and board to attend the Middlebury Language Schools.
