The AATA Panel and Annual Meeting will take place on 01 December 2011 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC.</div><div><br></div><div>Following is the call for participants: </div><div><br></div><div>Using "new media" and other electronic resources in the Arabic classroom. </div><div><br></div><div>If you are involved in research or have developed programs in which "new media" play a role in the teaching of Arabic, please send a short proposal to both John Eisele (<a href="mailto:jceise@wm.edu">jceise@wm.edu</a>) and Rajaa Aquil (<a href="mailto:rajaa.aquil@modlangs.gatech.edu">rajaa.aquil@modlangs.gatech.edu</a>) describing it, including information about the practical and reproducible results of the experience. </div><div><br></div><div>Please note that we encourage anyone interested in submitting a proposal or attending the panel to become a member of AATA.
