Subject:Denison University one-semester Job<br><br><div>The Department of Modern Languages at Denison University invites applications for a one-semester Visiting Assistant Professor of Arabic, to begin August of 2013. Preference will be given to candidates with a two- or three-year record of successful language teaching experience at the undergraduate level. Advanced degree or Ph.D. preferred, but not required. Responsibilities include a 3-course -teaching load. The focus of the position is that of a Generalist with ample expertise in foreign language teaching. Preference will be given to those with a good knowledge of an Arabic dialect (preferable Levantine). Applications should include,</div>
<div>(a) statement of interest,</div><div>(b) detailed Curriculum Vitae,</div><div>(c) teaching philosophy,</div><div>(d) most recent teaching evaluations,</div><div>(e) three recent letters of recommendation.</div><div>
