The Center for Computational Learning Systems (CCLS) at Columbia
University in New York City invites applications for a one-year
Postdoctoral Research Scientist position. We are seeking researchers
with interests in statistical machine translation, automatic
post-editing, or automatic linguistic error (spelling/grammar)
identification and correction. Experience in syntactic parsing,
morphological modeling, and morphology-rich or resource-poor languages
is a plus. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in computer science,
linguistics, or a related discipline with focus on natural language
processing or computational linguistics by the time they start.
Anticipated starting date is September 2013, but an earlier or later
starting date can be accommodated.<br>
