· Early Childhood Education<br><br>Candidates for these positions must have a thorough understanding of pedagogical theory and practice and its application in the classroom especially as it relates to the delivery of their curriculum specialty. Responsibilities will include designing and delivering courses at undergraduate and graduate levels; supervising and evaluating student teachers; advising students; interacting effectively with school administrators, contributing to grant submissions and administration, conducting research with a specific agenda; being knowledgeable of the current trends and issues in educational leadership with a sound understanding of instructional leadership and demonstrated evidence of achievement in the areas applied for; and participating in curriculum/program development and departmental and college-wide tasks and activities as well as engaging in community service.<br>
<br>Essential Qualifications:<br><br>· Masters (PhD/EdD preferred) in a related field from a reputable institution<br><br>· Knowledge of and experience in international education.<br><br>· · Experience in K-12 education<br>
<br> <br>Desirable attributes<br><br>· Team-player, able to build and maintain positive relationships with others<br><br>· Bilingual (Arabic-English) speakers<br><br>· Certified teacher status<br>
