Dene-Yeniseian Symposium and nine months after the publication of the
APUA volume The Dene-Yeniseian Connection, Prof. Edward Vajda and
several volume authors will participate in this forum at the 38th annual
Alaska Anthropological Association conference in Fairbanks. The session
will consist of an overview of early reviews of the volume, some 10 to
20 min. submitted papers; a session with designated discussants and
general discussion. Submitted papers can discuss the linguistic
evidence or the sources for DY, or topics in archaeology, physical
anthropology, social anthropology or historical linguistics that are
prompted by the hypothesis. Submit abstracts for 10 to 20 min.
