<p dir="auto" data-start="312" data-end="490"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">I am writing to encourage you to consider <a href="https://papiro.unizar.es/ojs/index.php/misc/en"><em data-start="354" data-end="409">Miscelanea: A Journal of English and American Studies</em></a> as a potential outlet for your research. Published by the Department of English Studies at the University of Zaragoza (Spain), <em data-start="578" data-end="590">Miscelanea</em> is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal with a solid and long-standing trajectory and reputation in the field of English Studies. </span></p>

<p dir="auto" data-start="312" data-end="490"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><em data-start="1879" data-end="1891">Miscelánea</em> is indexed in a wide range of international databases and scholarly information systems, including <strong data-start="1991" data-end="2134">Scopus, MLA International Bibliography, Linguistics & Language Behavior Abstracts, DOAJ, Diamond Discovery Hub, ERIH PLUS and SCImago Journal & Country Rank (SJR)</strong>, among others. The journal is published twice a year, in December and June. We have recently published <a href="https://papiro.unizar.es/ojs/index.php/misc/en/issue/view/736">Issue 73</a>, with Issue 74 due to appear in December 2026. <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">We are thus currently welcoming submissions for our two 2027 issues (75 and 76)</span>. </strong></span></p>

<p dir="auto" data-start="787" data-end="1079"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">As <strong>Section Editor for English Language and Linguistics</strong>, I would be delighted to receive submissions covering any area of English linguistics and applied linguistics, particularly methodologically solid and rigorous studies in areas including, but by no means limited to: </span><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>
