It's actually on diskettes, not on CD-ROM, and it runs under DOS (though
that means it will also run under Windows).  I don't know if much
development has happened since, but I understood the next objective was
a native Windows version.  I don't think a Mac version is planned in
the near future.

Cathair O/ Dochartaigh has now become Professor of Celtic at Glasgow
University, so your queries to him should be addressed to the Department
of Celtic there, rather than to his previous address in Wales.  There is
also a contact address for the on-line dictionary in USA (Patrick Mulreany)
but I don't have it handy, sorry.
