I've just finished writing an article on Welsh for the hopefully
soon-to-appear Encyclopedia of the World's Major Languages.

Having written a dissertation on Welsh, I guess I'm some kind of expert,
but I'm certainly not *the* expert, and would love to get input from any
fellow cymriologists who'd be willing to take a look at it before it goes
to press.
