Subject: encyclopedia article again...

My editor has asked me to come up with a short list of words borrowed
into Welsh. Now I can come up with plenty from English and Latin, and
with a little work a few from Norman French, but I've also heard that
there are a few words from Irish in Welsh, and wonder if anyone knows any
examples offhand.

And while I'm at it, if I'm ommitting any other contributors
(Norse? Pictish?) to the basic Welsh lexicon, I'd like to hear about it.
