Moderator: Directory Form & Updated Web site

Hello Members:

Following suggestions made by members in the summer poll, the
Celtling Webpage at <http://www.personal.psu.edu/ejp10/celtling> has
been updated to include more dictionaries and a section on grammars.
The mission statement has also been updated to reflect what I hope is
a more accurate vision.

Also, since there was interest in posting a membership directory on a
volunteer basis, a form has been added at
<http://www.personal.psu.edu/staff/e/j/ejp10/celtling/directoryform.html>
which allows people to input information they may want to be in a
directory listing. If you want to be included, please fill out the
form. A list should hopefully be posted in a few weeks.

If you have any comments on the changes, please send them to the list
or to me at ejp10 at psu.edu.
