includes discussion of Welsh vowel mutation as well as the initial consonant
mutations in Irish, Welsh, and Manx.

FYI - There's activitiy on the Welsh phonology front as well.

The July 2007 issue of Journal of Linguistics includes the article 
"Constraining Welsh vowel mutation" by S. J. Hannahs.
