PRICES AT THE CLAREMONT HOTEL
5 nights accommodation with breakfast, Monday evening Gala Dinner, and 
Tuesday to Friday lunch and evening meal:
Double/Twin based on 2 adults sharing: £399.00 per person
Single: £524.00
Children between 2 and 11: £199.00
1 night’s accommodation with breakfast, lunch and evening meal:
Double/Twin based on 2 adults sharing: £81.00 per person
Single: £106
Rooms can be booked for any duration as required
Rates without lunch, including Gala Dinner: £335.00 for Double/Twin and 
£460 for single for 5 nights (full board).

Lunch only rate, £15.95: evening meal only rate £19.95: tea/coffee only

please pay a minimum deposit of £50 by 1st December 2009 with the

THERE IS A REGISTRATION FEE OF £15 FOR ALL DELEGATES, WHETHER THEY’RE 
STAYING AT THE CLAREMONT HOTEL OR NOT. (Lecturers and musicians do not 
pay the registration fee.) PLEASE PAY THIS (PAYABLE TO ‘THE MANX BRANCH

TRAVEL NOTE: sea connections between Britain and the Isle of Man are 
Liverpool-Douglas and Heysham (in Lancashire)-Douglas. Sea connections 
with Ireland are Dublin-Douglas and Belfast-Douglas – not frequent! Air 
connections are generally good. CORNISH FRIENDS, PLEASE NOTE! YOU CAN 
FLY DIRECT BETWEEN NEWQUAY AND THE ISLE OF MAN – BUT PLEASE CHECK THIS 
CONNECTION WILL STILL BE THERE AT EASTER 2010.
