Quotations

Hi there.

I have been using the symbols <phrase> ["] to denote quoted material in
transcripts.  For example:

*MOT: so she says <good dog Carl> ["].

*MOT: okay here's the Mommy talking to the dog, and she says, <look after
 the baby Carl, I'll be back shortly> ["].

The MOR and POST programs seem to be ignoring the material in the <>.  Is
there a way to get MOR and POST to use the words in the <> or do I need to
replace the <> ["] with +" (or just remove the symbols altogether)?
