Saving files - Ctrl+S disabled

Hello

 

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with using the
Ctrl+S function to save .cha-files when transcribing in CLAN? Does anyone
know what can be done to re-enable the use of this short cut? Of course, it
is not impossible to save the file by using the "File" menu, but the use of
Ctrl+S makes for an easier routine. Could it be a problem with the pc's
virtual memory or is it possible to change something in the set up of CLAN
to re-enable the short cut?
