Dear Castle,
      It appears that Leonid solved Fernanda's problem by rewriting  
the way in which CLAN opens and saves files on Windows.  He posted  
the repaired version of CLAN about two days ago.  Please get a new  
version of CLAN and then tell us if your problem goes away.
