Dear Florence,

This appears to be a problem with the Windows version.  When you say  
Windows NT, how old is that operating system actually?  Our university  
switched to XP four years ago and now people are going to Vista.   
Sorry, I am not really a Windows person.  Sounds like Leonid will have  
to debug this and to do that he needs to know as closely as possible  
what operating system you are actually using.  Actually locating an NT  
machine at CMU for testing may no longer be possible.  Do you have  
access to XP or Vista to test it out?  I'll give that a try too.
