Working with multiple folders with CLAN

Dear Eva,
    The best method is to set your working directory to the level above the three corpora.  In this case, I am guessing that this would be the "Brown" level.  Then you add the -re switch to your various CLAN commands and they will run recursively down to all the subdirectories.
