Problem with chip command

Hi Leonid,

I actually tried d. It only outputs the coding tiers. CHECK command will 
tell me some errors in the format. Do I have to manually correct those 
errors? I just want to make sure whether there is an option that can give 
me output files in perfect CHAT format.
