use of chstring in headers

Nan,  

If you add +t@, it will include all of the header tiers, which should work fine in this case.  The command would be:

chstring +w +x +1 +t@ +s"change_me_later" "control"  @

There are also methods for doing this through the tier selection dialog that is available for most programs, but I see that CHSTRING is not included in the programs that use this.  Maybe we should add it.
