FREQ Analysis

Hi Everyone, 

I have been trying to run FREQ analysis on some of the files I am working 
on, and for some reason, on certain files, the FREQ output is starting in 
the middle of the alphabet (i.e. instead of starting by listing the 
frequency of all of the A words, it will start with the K words, or some 
other arbitrary letter). This is only happening on some of the files I am 
working on, and I can't find any discernible differences between the files. 
I am using the latest version of CLAN and have tried to run the files on 
several different computers, but I am still running into the same problem. 
Has anyone encountered this before, or know how to solve this problem?
